Where can you find the User ID?
- Open JACO and log in to the desired account.
- Open the profile and carefully copy the User ID or the account ID displayed; do not send your password.
- Paste the ID into the top-up field and complete the payment.
How do you know when the top-up is complete?
Check the order details until the status changes to Completed, then reopen JACO and check your Coins balance in the wallet or on the account page.
