For direct top-up: which email should you enter?

1. Enter the email address you use to log in to your Razer Gold account.
2. Make sure to enter it accurately; the balance will be added to the account linked to this email, and the top-up cannot be reversed once completed.
3. Complete the payment.

Once the order status shows Completed in the order details, log in to gold.razer.com and check your balance in Account Summary.

If you purchased a code: how to use a Razer Gold PIN

1. Wait for the order status to show Completed, then copy the PIN.
2. Log in to the correct Razer Gold account and open the Reload page.
3. Select Razer Gold PIN, enter the code, and check the currency and amount before confirming.

Open the official Razer Gold Reload instructions. Once successful, the new balance will appear in Account Summary and your transaction history.
